GTC-100        Welcome To The Team Manual

This manual describes all the basic knowledge you will need to guarantee your success at Parmasters. The purpose of the Welcome to the Team Manual is to serve as a self-directed orientation and training tool to make getting to know Parmasters and our team a fun and fulfilling process.

GTC-110        Managing Our Day

This manual will take you step by step on how Parmasters systems are used in your day-to-day functions. You will know how to answer the phones and to the appropriate way of leaving a message. Here you will experience how to manage and organize your busy schedule by using one of the two time management systems. You will be introduced to our electronic and manual filing system, which gives you step-by-step instruction on where your most important information should be stored.

GTC-120        Office Systems

This manual will teach you how to create professional looking documents, implement new and improve on existing systems and use your database in full detail.

GTC-130        Managing Peak Performance

This manual describes all the basic knowledge you will need to inspire peak performance in your team at Parmasters. The purpose of the Managing Peak Performance Manual is to serve as a management tool for supporting the ongoing personal and professional development of all Parmasters team members.

GTC-140        Managing Your Facility

This manual has been designed to help prolong your equipment by performing preventative maintenance. You’ll have scheduled maintenances that should be performed, which is suggested by your supplier. You will have a list of contacts which Parmasters use for equipment repairers. Specific details on how the facility should be maintained as in looks, cleanliness and what security measures should be taken. Checklists are included.

GTC-200        Asset Tracking

This manual will take you step-by-step through your trading of money, time, and data, three valuable assets. This includes your accounting program, MYOB. You will be taught how to post invoices, enter new clients, bank deposits, payroll and much more. You will learn how to keep 100% accuracy by performing weekly reconciliation’s and posting and printing tracking reports.

GTC-300        Center Marketing

To create an effective Lead Generation and Lead Conversion system for centers. This manual details the thirty plus lead generation strategies, including all supporting scripts, checklists, and templates.

GTC-370        Media Relations

This manual is designed to guide you through the step-by-step process of generating media leads, creating dynamic press releases, distributing them and performing the follow up. You will learn how to create a press release by understanding all the necessary components that will generate new business, and intrigue potential clients.

GTC-400        Core Golf Program
