Tom Matzen - President,
CEO and Co-Founder

Tom is founder and past CEO
of the Vancouver-based consulting firm, Entrepreneur
Coach Inc – a company that specializes in strategic
joint ventures with uniquely socially responsible
businesses, primarily through franchise development.
After launching Entrepreneur Coach Inc. in 1995, his
first joint venture was with Puckmasters Hockey
Training Centers, the world’s first one-on-one
hockey training franchise, now operating in more than a
dozen states and provinces, with an average 3-year
growth of 71.2% per year.
The growth in golf led Tom and the founding team from
hockey to golf and in 1999, the concept of Parmasters
was born.
Over the past two decades Tom has
helped more than 200 entrepreneurs start and grow their
businesses.
An international speaker and best-selling author, he is
considered by many to be an inspiration, motivator and a
strong force in the push towards ethics in our modern
business world.
As President and CEO, Tom
manages strategic growth and franchise awarding at
Parmasters Team Headquarters.

Scott Hazledine
– Chief Golf Professional and Co-Founder
Scott is a Class A PGA member, a
Master Teacher, and a Master Player. Scott is
recognized as the SAGE (Single Axis Golf Expert),
and is the Chief Golf Professional at
Parmasters Team Headquarters.
With his eighteen years experience teaching: LPGA
Players, Australian Tour Players, Senior Players, Junior
Programs, Weekly Clinics and his extensive knowledge in
physics, anatomy, kinesiology and psychology, Scott is
sought after as a public speaker lecturing on the
science of the golf swing. He continues to conduct golf
clinics nationwide.
As Co-Founder and Chief Golf Professional,
Scott creates the training programs that allow
Straight-Line Golf and our lessons to guarantee a
25% reduction in handicap to golfers of all skill
levels, and coordinates the golf training certification
at Parmasters Team Headquarters.

Michael Levy, CFE
– Chief Investment Officer
Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) and holds
a Franchise Executive Certification with the
International Franchise Association.
He was co-founder, President and C.O.O. of
Uniglobe Travel International. He was with Uniglobe
from before day one, and was key in its growth to over
1,000 franchised locations, over 6,000 staff world wide
and combined sales of in excess of $2 billion. Uniglobe
achieved its growth through a Regional structure similar
to Parmasters Golf Training Centers.
Prior to Uniglobe, Michael was Vice President of
Finance for Century 21 Canada, and was with
that company from 6 offices to over 300 franchised
offices in Canada. During the past ten years, Michael
has run his own Regional franchise operation in the U.K.
and provided support in raising financing for a variety
of companies. Michael is a keen golfer and loves his new
Straight-Line Golf swing!
As Chief Investment Officer, Michael coordinates
helping our Franchise candidates and Owners raise their
investment capital and manage their wealth.

John Harrison –
Chief Operations Officer
John is a skilled management professional with
over 17 years direct experience in the Hospitality and
Tourism Industry. John has been involved with several
chain restaurants such as The Keg, Earl’s,
Cactus Club Café and the Hog’s Breath Café
(Australia).
He has also had the opportunity to train staff at
several high-end, overseas hotel properties such as
The Cairns International Hotel and the Gagudju
Crocodile Resort. John has been involved in the
opening of 5 different hospitality venues and has been
responsible for training and development of staff
complements up to 150 strong.
In recent years, he took on the role of Regional
Manager for the Vancouver Destinations Tourism
Placement Program. “Destinations” is a unique
partnership between Grant Thornton LLP, The
Council of Tourism Associations of British Columbia
and the Ministry of Human Resources to connect
people on Income Assistance with Tourism jobs across the
Province of British Columbia.
John is also an accomplished trainer having
facilitated workshops and seminars for both the
Vancouver School Board and corporate clients on such
topics as “Effective Negotiations”, “Solving People
Problems”, “Pursuing Service Excellence”, “Conflict
Resolution” and “Dealing with Difficult People”. His
direct and honest style, coupled with his work hard-play
hard attitude always ensures lots of fun and excellent
results.
As Chief Investment Officer, John coordinates
all system-wide training, product development, and
franchise operations support at Parmasters.

Andrew Winston –
Director of Key Accounts
Andrew joined the Parmasters team in
May, 05 and his work history, education and
entrepreneurial spirit were a perfect fit. He has worked
in the golf industry since July 1993, where he learned
to play at Spallumcheen Golf & Country Club in
Vernon under the instruction of Mark Ciupka and became
an Assistant Professional at Predator Ridge Resort
in 1995.
After moving to Vancouver, he became a senior corporate
consultant for Rogers AT&T and then for
Tri-West Resorts in Alberta, he completed a contract
to open Gleniffer Lake Golf & Country Club.
He created and launched Sea to Sky Golf.com and
continues to spend time as a film and TV actor in
Vancouver with a notable appearance as the suited
dancing guy, in the “Good Morning” Viagra
Commercial Campaign.
As Director of Key Accounts, Andrew
coordinates group buying programs for our
Franchise Owners to help them save money at Parmasters.
Allen Bonk
– Director of
Business Golf
Allen has an extensive background with two
global companies, Motorola and GE, and is
a very creative and goal oriented professional with
senior level management, sales & marketing experience.
His 15 years major account sales and strategy
experience and international large project and business
experience led him to practice the art and science of
great “business golf” for many years.
In addition he was extensively trained in a great
many technology and management courses ranging from
Systems Integration & Project Management to Six Sigma
Green Belt certification.
A well rounded and diverse background in business and
a strong work ethic combined with a commitment to
excellence in all areas undertaken, Allen is a team
player.
As Director of Business Golf, Allen will
develop, launch, and coordinate marketing and training
for our Quantum Business Golf program.

Emré Bahtoglu
- Parmasters Mecaa Regional Franchisor

Emré is a professional
business manager with impressive international sales and
marketing credentials. Originally born in Turkey, Emré
achieved his BA in Business Economics at
Vesalius College in Brussels, Belgium. He is
also a registered Project Management Practitioner for
Prince II software.
Cutting his teeth in the business world, Emré spent the
next 9 years in a variety of roles at one of the world's
most international, fast moving consumer goods
businesses, with brands selling in 180 markets around
the world. Emré served as the Trade Marketing Manager -
Central Asia & Caucasus, the Duty Free Trade
Marketing Manager - Sub-Saharan Africa, Account
Manager - Levant Region, Brand Manager - GCC and Africa
Projects' Manager based in Dubai.
With his background and training experience Emré was
able to dramatically increase both sales volumes and
profit margins in all departments. His specialties
include formulating and implementing business strategies
to streamline operations, improving ROI, sales planning,
and project management.
Recently, Emré has taken on the role of Regional
Franchisor for the Parmasters Mecaa Region
which consists of the Middle East, Turkey,
Central Asia and Africa. He is extremely
passionate about customer service and the game of golf,
and looks forward to helping the world learn a new way
to achieve the results that they would like, in their
golf game.

Mario Bertagna -
Parmasters South Central Regional Franchisor

Mario’s career began as a
personnel manager for a national retail department store
and quickly evolved into a store manager position.
After running the family business interests in retail
liquor, real estate management and grocery industries
for a number of years, Mario held management
positions with several local companies.
His
duties included managing a three state sales territory,
researching and marketing new products and services
as well as business development and strategic planning.
Always up for a challenge, Mario co-founded
The
Memphis Italian Festival in 1990 and has nurtured
this event into a fun-filled annual event attended by
over 75,000 people for the two-day event.

Mike Allen -
Parmasters South Central Regional Franchisor

Mike
Allen, an inactive CPA, adds expertise and depth
to the team by drawing on his background of 7+ years
experience of Big 8 (now Big 4) public accounting experience
and his 19+ years experience in the capital markets.
Mike is known by his peers as a dedicated team
player that relishes the challenges of new product development.
Over the past 19+ years, Mike has started and
/ or managed five of the six fixed income securities
trading desks at arguably the largest fixed income
securities player off Wall Street.

Andre Ferris - Parmasters
Canada Regional Franchisor

While maintaining the role of Assistant Manager with
Zellers Ltd., André graduated
in Business Management at Centennial College in Toronto,
ON in 1994. He became the youngest manager in the
company's history while at Zellers.
He then embarked on a sales and marketing career in
packaged goods, representing Evian, Crystal
Springs, Gatorade, Snapple, and
V8. He also participated in the launch of
Gatorade Frost, winning numerous sales and
promotional awards.
He moved on to Molson Canada where he has been a
territory representative accountable for
training/supervising staff, and organizing high profile
events and functions designed to promote sales and
increase public awareness. In doing so, he orchestrated
an award-winning competitive advantage at LCBO
outlets. He received a Director's Award in 2002,
establishing market share growth in 45 out of 48 months.
André clearly brings
sales and marketing strengths and proven coaching
abilities - not to mention a love of golf - to his dream
role as Regional Franchisor for Canada.

Lauren Rosier - Parmasters
Mid America Regional Franchisor
Parmasters Golf Training Center’s business
concept and philosophy captured Lauren Rosier’s
desire to combine his entrepreneurial vision for
bringing an indoor practice facility to Michigan
with his passion for golf. In the course of a diverse
23-year career in all aspects of strategic planning,
profit and loss management, budget planning, inventory
control, and customer satisfaction, Lauren has proven to
be a skilled executive, ethical leader, and analytical
problem-solver.
As a member of Len Industries’ Executive Team,
Lauren provides superior leadership during critical
transition phases, including hiring professional and
industrial staff, implementing budget reductions, and
installing effective management information systems.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
from Michigan State University. In his leisure
time, Lauren enjoys the challenge of continually
improving his Straight-Line Golf™ game and
studying the winning strategies of world-renowned
entrepreneurs.
Lauren’s tenacious pursuit of goals and strong
commitment towards exceptional customer service will be
the driving force behind the profitable success of

Yvette Rosier - Parmasters
Mid America Regional Franchisor

Yvette Rosier’s
entrepreneurial vision for creating a business that
inspires the soul matched Parmasters Golf Training
Center’s philosophy of live, love, work and play.
Yvette brings real-world advice, memorable humor, and
powerful stories in order to motivate and align newly
hired associates with the corporate vision, mission
statement, values, and strategic plans.
At Jackson National Life Insurance, she worked
with the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Quality
Assurance and Training to continually refresh and
deliver training of the New Employee Orientation
program, effective phone skills/customer service, and
management and non-management training of an electronic
timekeeping system. Her contributions as a member of the
organization’s Employee Handbook Committee, helped
associates understand the company, its operations, and
key people within the organization.
Yvette continues to work towards her Bachelor’s
Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior
from Spring Arbor University. Her interests
include learning Straight Line Golf™ and studying
both the customer service philosophies and best HR
practices of national and international companies.
Yvette’s dedication to employee engagement and
phenomenal customer satisfaction will contribute to the
profitable success of Parmasters Mid America Region.

Wing Lee

China Regional Franchisor

Wing’s entrepreneurial spirit drew him to
Parmasters, and his passion for the nation of
China and golf led him to acquire the Regional
Franchise.
With a strong background in technology, Wing has worked
with telecommunications companies including Harris
Corporation, Marin Telecommunications
Corporation, Far East Connection, and JJ
High Tech, Inc. From sales and marketing to
management, he’s specialized in business development in
the Asia Pacific region for 30+ years.
We’re very excited to be able to combine this expertise
with the fast growing golf market in China, and know
Wing will be valued member of our team.

Bud Schroeder - Parmasters Mid Atlantic Regional
Franchisor

After taking up golf seven years ago, Bud thought
that with a little polishing, he’d be ready for the
tour. Like so many others, his zeal for the game
declined when he realized he was in fact, an average
golfer. Parmasters has invigorated his love and
passion for the game and he’s now looking forward to
shooting 85 as Parmasters’ Regional Franchisor
for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Bud is not new to franchising. His in-depth business
experience has most recently included owning three
UPS Stores in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
area. Prior to business ownership, he spent nine years
with the Woolworth Corporation in the Kinney
Shoe division as a trainer where he gained valuable
business knowledge in operations, logistics, and human
resources.
Mid-Atlantic Franchise Owners are sure to benefit not
only from Bud’s solid business and franchise experience,
but also his contagious enthusiasm.

Will Conerly - Parmasters
Rocky Mountain Regional Franchisor

Will’s
entrepreneurial interest and love for the game of golf
brought him to acquire the Parmasters Rocky Mountain
Regional Franchise.
Will’s career began as a Certified Public Accountant
at one of the Big 8 accounting firms but has spent
the past 23 years with one of the largest medical
companies in the world. Will has held sales, marketing
and management positions focusing primarily on leading
sales teams to success.
Will brings sales, marketing, and financial business
experience together with his love for golf to help bring
Indoor Golf Training facilities to the Rocky Mountain
Area.

Burt Stoker - Parmasters
Rocky Mountain Regional Franchisor

Burt’s fascination for the game of golf and his
entrepreneurial spirit is a great fit for Parmasters.
Burt started his career in the family Nursery and Garden
Center business while attending Weber State
University, in Ogden, UT. After
graduating with a degree in Technical Sales, Burt was
the first employee of Pretzel Maker Franchising.
While at Pretzel Maker, Burt was responsible for
qualifying, marketing, and sales of all new franchises.
Burt then took on the responsibility of a regional sales
representative for a Mineral and Vitamin company. He was
soon given the responsibility of Director of Bulk
Sales.
For the past eight years Burt has been a Senior
Account Manager with one of the world largest
medical companies. Burt brings sales, marketing and
management experience to the Parmasters Rocky
Mountain Region.

David Faulkner
- Advisor to the Board - Strategic Construction

Retail
Development's President,
David Faulkner, has managed almost a billion
dollars worth of retail and restaurant projects. With
over fifteen years of experience in the architecture
and construction fields, he has continually refined
the cost-saving tools and solutions he pioneered, resulting
in significant savings for a wide variety of companies,
including Gap, Inc., Nordstrom,
Hilton, Del Webb and numerous other respected
brands in the retail and hospitality industry.
David is also a sought-after speaker and author,
sharing his insights at professional conferences and
in publications ranging from shelter magazines to trade
press.
David is now Senior Vice President,
Environmental Design Executive, Bank of America.
David is an active member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers and the International
Franchise Association. He holds a Masters Degree
in architecture from Yale University and a
Bachelors Degree from Vassar College.
David will bring his amazing expertise to Parmasters
in the area of strategic construction coaching.

Rear Admiral (Ret'd) Ken Summers
- Advisor to the Board - Strategic Planning

A natural leader and therefore strong
communicator and decision-maker, Ken is a retired
Naval Officer and Senior Executive with extensive
experience in NATO and Canadian security/defense
policy issues. Ken’s ability to rise to new challenges
with innovative, successful solutions makes him a valuable
advisor to the Parmasters Board of Directors.
Bilingual
and well-traveled, Ken has extensive experience
in the areas of corporate restructuring, resource management,
international affairs, human resource management, strategic
level planning and leadership. His career is laden with
many significant achievements, including:
-
organizing and preparing all aspects
of the Canadian Naval Task Group deployed
to the Persian Gulf in 1990 and subsequently
assuming command in the Gulf of the
4000 plus Canadians, and the naval ships,
fighter aircraft, and land forces involved in
Gulf War;
-
acting as the Chief of Staff
to the Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic
responsible for all NATO operations and
activities in the Atlantic; and
-
advising the Canadian Ambassador
to the U.S. on all matters of mutual concern
to both nations.
Ken has received numerous citations
and Orders of Merit from Canada, the U.S.,
Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
He brings to the Parmasters management team exceptional
judgment, decision-making and communication skills,
and integrity in support of the Parmasters’ vision
and will offer long-term advice on strategy as an

to the Board of Directors.

Jack Kuykendall
- Advisor to the Board - Golf Research

Jack Kuykendall is the golf-passionate scientist
who discovered the single axis method to play golf.
He is the person who brought Moe Norman to national
recognition as the World's Greatest Ball Striker.
Moe validates Jack Kuykendall's great
golf discoveries. Golf Magazine has named Jack
one of the Top 100 Teachers in America since
1996.
Jack completed his Bachelor of Science in
Physics in 1969 while attending Georgia State
University. He then became an Assistant Research
Scientist at Georgia Institute of Technology
in 1969 to 1971. This compelled Jack to learn
more about marketing and sales when in 1971 to 1987
he worked for marketing and sales in the Medical and
Laser industry. In 1987 Jack was motivated to
open and be President of Kuykendall Golf Inc,
where he continues to be active in until today. The
creation of Kuykendall Golf Inc. led Jack
into creating additional ventures known today as Right-Way-Golf,
Natural Golf and IMA Golf.
Jack's discoveries have been featured in media
around the world. In December 1995, Golf Digest
devoted over 30 pages to Moe and Jack.
In January 1996 Golf Magazine named Jack
as one of the Top 100 Teachers in America. Jack
is the second scientist, and only the third non-PGA
member to receive this honor. Jack is world renowned
for his teaching, and has been featured in articles
and interviews around the globe, including the Wall
Street Journal and the PGA Magazine.
Jack is committed to continually improving
the ability for golfers of all skill levels to learn
better ways to golf, based on science not perceptions.
As an Advisor to the Board of Directors at Parmasters,
he will drive long-term golf research projects. Jack
